I maintain a database for our department and as I make improvements, I copy my database to the other users. It seems like, ever since we started using Windows 10, the page setup I have for labels in my reports does not transfer over to the other users. For example, I have a report saved for a label we send to our DYMO labelwriter printer and on my copy, the page setup Paper size is set to 30252 Address. But when the user opens the fresh copy of my database, the same report has a Paper size of 99015 Diskette. Other labels I have set for 4x6 paper on my copy come out 9X15 on the user's copy. I'd hate to have to reformat and resave every user's reports every time we enhance the database. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Dear Landeye,
Thanks for your updates.
Generally, to create a label, you can first open a blank database>create a table>create a label. Then you can set the page setup settings on the label, export they database file and share it with other users. As the issue seems to be that the page setup settings aren’t kept after exporting the database file in your environment, this is the possible reproducing steps I guess and want to confirm from you in your environment.
So if the steps aren’t what I mentioned above, could you also list the detailed steps about how you copy the database and how you make the page setup settings for the label? Could you upload some screenshots about “the page setup Paper size is set to 30252 Address. But when the user opens the fresh copy of my database, the same report has a Paper size of 99015 Diskette. Other labels I have set for 4x6 paper on my copy come out 9X15 on the user's copy.” for our clarification? Meanwhile, I’d like to confirm whether the issue happens in a specific file and upload a full screenshot of the Account page in the Access application you are using. You can access the page via clicking on File>Account.

Cliff,
When you say...
"If yes, I’d like you to confirm whether the reproducing steps are the following.
... are you saying open a new database or the one I was referring to that I am currently sharing.
Thanks.
Dear Landeye,
From your description, it seems that the page setup settings aren’t kept in the label when another user opens the file with the Access application on his computer.
If yes, I’d like you to confirm whether the reproducing steps are the following.

@Tom, thanks for sharing the suggestions here.

My first guess is that the printer drivers on the various workstations are not identical.
