Excel lagging/freezing while scrolling

Hello

I have sluggish/freezing experience while navigating(scrolling/zooming) through even "liht" (36kb) excel file given the fact that my laptop has intel core i7, 16gb of ram, geforce 1050ti, 4k. Also I see black/grey boxes pop up for a less than a second when scrolling. I have office 365. As I know that should not be an issue at such specs. Hardware graphics acceleration is already off. Reinstalled Office several times. Still have the issue in safe mode. I found several posts on similar issue but no solution. Would apreciate if solution provided.

    Hello Andres,

    Thank you for your answer. I followed all the steps on the link prvided by you. Unfortunately, problem is not resolved... I have noticed one more thing - on the task manager excel's consumption of energy is "very high".
