Installing USB driver with msi not installing for Non-Admins

Hello,

I have a windows setup project along with my project where I am adding a 3rd party USB driver as a Custom Action. It is installing fine if the user is an Admin but gives the error pop-up "There is a problem with this windows installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor" every time non-Admin tries to install the msi.

Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I am trying to add this driver to my windows application as a custom action but it is failing for the users who are in a domain network. May I know any other way to achieve this?

I need this driver along with my application as my application uses a USB cable for communication with the devices.
