Hello All,

Thanks for your reply. I have double confirmed with our relevant team and this is a server side issue. The related team is working hard to solve it. We truly appreciate your understanding.

This issue was posted to the Service Health Dashboard (SHD) as EX194558 starting at Friday, October 18, 2019, at 12:00 PM UTC. The user experience of this incident is: Admins may be unable to export the Secure Score through the Security and Compliance Center (SCC).

Tenant administrators can view current information and updates on SHD at the link here: https://portal.office.com/admin/default.aspx#@/ServiceStatus/ServiceStatusHistory.aspx

If you are experiencing a similar issue and do not see an SHD post, please let us know by sharing your tenant information via Private Message (PM) as this may indicate either a scoping issue or an independent problem: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/privatemessage/inbox

For affected customers to easily identify the information here, this thread will be closed. You may subscribe to this thread or refer to SHD for updated information. I will also post back here once the issue is resolved on SHD.

Thanks for your cooperation and understanding.

Regards,

Rick

    Hi All,

    Here is the latest update.

Current status: We’ve begun the deployment to a subset of the production environment as a part of our change management process to ensure the fix resolves the problem without introducing additional impact before it is released to all customers. Should the fix be deployed as expected and without any issues, we expect full saturation by Monday, November 25, 2019.

Scope of impact: Your organization is affected, and this issue may affect any admin.

Start time: Friday, October 18, 2019, at 12:00 PM UTC

Estimated time to resolve: We expect that the fix will finish being safely implemented through our change management process by Monday, November 25, 2019.

    Regards,

    Rick
