Powerpoint-slow response for insert shape

Dear all

The response time of my ppt for "insert shape" button is very slow

I made a movie for it. It take 5 secs to open the icon.

Does anyone experience this and know how to solve it?

Hi Tung,

Thanks for your feedback in this community. I have go through the video you shared, and notice the lag you described.

Normally, when you open your Office products and go to Insert Tab > Insert Shape, it will need to load the shape objects, and the second time you click on it, it should be appear in a flash as the objects have been loaded already. So the delay is expected and the lagging time is different depending on your PC's hardware.
