Automatically send email based on cell range changes

I want to automatically send an email to a group of employees when a cell range has been changed.

In Column B4:B12 I have the name of each server environment we have.  in Column E4:E12 I have the date that the environment was refreshed.

For example:  If I change the date in E4, then I want an email automatically sent to the people in IT that the refresh date has been changed for the server environment in B4, etc, etc, etc.

Thank you

Hi Keith Phillpott,

I go through your Post, there cloud be no such feature in Excel that can meet your requirement directly. However, there is a VBA code which may help you, I have tested it on my side, and it works. Please note the NOTES in this article: How to send email if a certain cell is modified in Excel?
