Dear Sirs,

I need your help with the following problem!

I have a student account from (@v**w.com)! Yesterday I received a message from Microsoft asking to update my Password! After updating my password, I was unable to log in to my onedrive any more? I tried to reset my password but that is not working because I need to contact the Admin to reset this for me!

I have discovered that this account has no reset policy. After using the recovery Microsoft Onedrive window I received the following code SSPR_0011 ?

I tried to contact the admin of this account but unfortunately, I can't reach that person! My question to you! Can you please help me with this problem are you capable to contact the Admin to send me a recovery code to able to log in again to my onedrive.

One thing I should mention too, that when I  updated my password yesterday! it was successfully updated after that I tried to log in to onedrive again with the new password! but the new password neither the old one was capable to log to that onedrive any more. I tried many times and i believe now my account has been frozen now for this reason!

Please, I need that account because I have many files on it which belong to me!

    thank you very very much for your reply and your help! I don't have any login problem on both Ondrive or office 365 if I use any other accounts! The only problem that I have is with the onedrive log in which belongs to the student account!

    That student account. Unfortunately, I can not contact any admin who responsible for that account because the one who has provided this account is not available anymore. I participated to have this account for 2.5 euros from eBay! I have received a link to collect this account from (Automater.pl) have contacted the company and they said I have to contact the seller! But the seller is not any longer available. According to ebay records about the seller! was perfect and he was active for a long time ago on ebay! There was no problem at all with the student account just when it prompts yesterday to update the password of that account!  

    It is maybe my mistake to use such an account without thinking about such problems!! But I hope there will be a way to activate that account again at least to pull out my documents.

    Hello Salwan,

    Thanks for posting your concerns in the forum. First of all, may I know whether you can sign in other Office applications like Outlook Web App(OWA) or Office 365 Portal? If not, please capture a screenshot of the entire error message for further check. If you can sign in other applications and only have problems with OneDrive, please also capture a screenshot of the entire error message when signing into OneDrive.

    Regarding to resetting the password, due to some internal policy, we cannot contact the admins directly. Please try to contact the IT department in your school, or let other students contact the admin in the school and let them help you reset the password.

    Your understanding and cooperation would be highly appreciated.

    Hi Ick,

    Thank you very much for your explanation. I have tried all this time to contact the seller and the Admin of this account but with no any respond Please please please if able to get in contact with the admin person just to send me the reset link. 

    I tried many many time but without any results and I don't want to lose my files.

    So please if any one can help with this I will be very very greatful

    Hello Salwan,

    Thanks for your reply. What I want to confirm is that whether you can sign in OWA or Office 365 Portal via this affected account. Since your password was changed, it seems that you cannot sign in all other applications. Regarding to this problem, the only method to help you is to contact the company admin or seller to reset the password so that you can get the files in OneDrive again.
