Data Feed's Not working

Question

When attempting to use data feeds in any shape, form or fashion I am receiving failed messages.

Example(s):  

     Sharepoint List --> Export to Excel -->  .iQY file -->  ERROR:  Cannot connect tot eh server at this time.  Changes to your data cannot be saved. 

                (Wont even open the .iQY file / data connection.

     Power BI --> Get Data --> oData Feed --> Input sharepoint URL -> We encountered an error while trying to connect

I can do both of the above from another PC and it works fine.  So not an issue with the site or URL I am using - specific issue related to the PC.  What settings do I need to change/adjust to resolve this?

Very sorry for the inconvenience caused by this issue.

First of all, to check if this issue is the current version of Office please click File>Account>Updae options to make sure you are using the latest.

To check whether this issue is related to Add-ins, please Start your Office in safe mode to see the outcome. If this issue doesn't happen in safe mode, please click File>Options>Add-ins>To disable Add-ins one by one to check which one caused this case.

Besides, please also share with me more info as below to let me have a clear understanding of your scenario:

1. Does this issue happen to all lists or only related ones.
2. Screenshot of the error message.
