No user is listed on Computer Management users tab

On our windows 10 21H1 and 20H2 computers I don't see any local user when I go on to Computer Management and select users . I can see all users When I go in to groups and select users. Groups tabs does show me all groups but it's just users tab which doesn't show any user. Net user command shows all users and there isn't any problem logging in to any of them and all profiles are there . All computers are local and not connected to any domain or network. Is that something new on windows 10 21H1 or 20H2 ? Is there any registry settings or GPO I can get it back . For our testing process it's very important for us to see them in Computer Management .

The windows-forms tag is discussing and asking questions about the Windows Forms such as Winforms controls, libraries, samples, publication and installation.
For question about windows 10, I suggest you modify tag for more professional answer.
