Microsoft Forms filter responses

Is it possible to filter results in a Microsoft Form? I have a training evaluation setup that all participants complete. It has several hundred responses in it. I want to create a nicely formatted summary report of 8-10 at a time. Basically for each course so that I can share the results with the client. Is there an easy way to do this in forms that provides a nice look and feel? thx

Hi Stormy Girl,

There is no filter feature in Forms Online. I suggest you exporting all the response to workbook then make a summary in Excel. I think your clients will satisfied with your clear report created by Excel.

    Dear STORMY

I am an independent advisor, and I am trying to help other users in Community with my experience in Microsoft products.

The only way is to export all results into Excel and than to copy replies that you need to a separate sheet and make charts or other things that you feel relevant.

Unfortunately in Forms there is no other way of doing that.
