Hi,

I received the following error when trying to enable Dynamic Distribution Group members to receive emails to their inbox

“Can't save "Send copies of group conversations and events to group member's inboxes" and/or "Let people outside the organization email the group" settings. Either your assigned product license doesn't include Exchange Online or you have recently created this group and it's still not ready for management.”

I have waited 6 hours but the error still exist. I have also tried enabling that setting in Exchange Admin Console but I am still not receiving emails in my inbox

Hi SamSoh,

For enabling Dynamic Distribution Group members to receive emails, if you mean the error pops up when you specify the membership and click Save as following:

Would you mind providing us a screenshot of the error message page? If it's a new-created Dynamic Distribution Group?

Please try to change another browser or use browser private mode to check the outcome.

Besides, please check if the issue happens to other Dynamic Distribution Groups.

Thanks,

Iry

Apologies - The error was to do with Azure AD Dynamic Distribution groups. when trying to enable "send to members: rights I read that this is due to a limitation in the Office 365 Admin Portal. The fix was to enable send to members in the Exchange Groups.

In addition, if recipient1 you are sending FROM is already a member of the dynamic distribution group. recipient1 will not receive the email whereas other users in the dynamic distribution group would.
