Hi AizenIchigo,

According to your screenshot of Office version is not up to date, we suggest you please update your office first into latest version1907(11901.20176). Open any of the Office 365 applications. Select File > Account, On the right-hand side, click Update Options, then select Update Now.

For update history of Office 365 for windows you can refer this article.

As I mention above article check the setting to enable connected experience in your Office 365.

We appreciate your understanding and Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Hi AizenIchigo,

It seems error you uncounted about disable connecting experience.

To determine whether your admin has given you the ability to use any optional connected experiences in your Office 365 ProPlus application on a Windows device, go to File > Account > Account Privacy and select Manage Settings. If your admin has not given you control, you will see a message that states, “Your organization’s admin manages your privacy settings and has decided to disable optional connected experiences.”

If your admin has given you the ability to use optional connected experiences in your Office 365 ProPlus application on a Windows device, you can go to File > Account > Account Privacy and select Manage Settings to manage your settings at any time. When enabled, you will have the option to use the services described in this article when you want to use them. When disabled, they will not be accessible.

For more detail you can read this article.

In additional, to better understand your situation here so that we can be of better assistance to you, could you please also help provide the below information?

    1. Your Office version (File > Account > Product Information). Please provide a screenshot to show subscription, version, build and channel information and mask your email address to protect your privacy.
    2. Did the feature work properly for your workbook before? If yes, what actions have you performed that might trigger it? For example, a system update, software installation.
    3. Does the issue occur to other people in your organization?

Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Best Regards,

    Waqas Muhammad
