When I attempt to open any file, an error message of “SOMETHING WENT WRONG” pops up. Any advise on how to get passed that to access the files.

    Chitrahaas,

You may want to look at the SHD - this has been an ongoing issue since Dec 1st. as I reported here:

    Hi David,

Sorry for the trouble caused at your end.

From the description provided, when we tested at our end by opening the files in SharePoint application on iOS, we can open the files from Document library of site without any problem. Initially, make sure your SharePoint application on iOS is the latest version i.e. 4.15.0? If no, please update and check the outcome.  If yes and problem persists, can you please provide the following information for narrowing down the problem and moving further:

    a. Does this problem occurs to specific files or all the files in Document library?

    b. Can you open the files in another Document library?

    c. Can you open these files when you access them in browser?

    d. Can other users in your organization open the files without any problem?

    e. Are you using SharePoint Online or SharePoint Server?

    Appreciate your understanding.

    Best Regards,

    Chitrahaas
