Hi,  My question is how do you type a full sheet of labels with different addresses.

When I type one label and tab over to the next label it put the same address that I typed on the first

label I would like to type different addresses on each label.

Charles's suggestions are the most logical approaches, but you might like to consider also http://www.gmayor.com/Envelope_Label_Add_In.htm  which makes it easy to use addresses from a variety of sources - even hand typed - for producing envelopes and labels.

    Hi

    Use a Label Mail Merge.

Or, simply create a new document with the labels and with nothing typed in the label dialog. Then type in that document. Labels, in Word, are tables. The tab key moves you from cell to cell. Each label is a cell in the table. However, there likely will be cells between labels as well to hold space.
