Hi, I have a lot of documents made in word 2007 some with custom text boxes. I`m now using word 2010 and all the documents I made in word 2007 don't print all the text . Even new text inserted into old templated do not print. The document look perfect on screen but only prints the odd bit of text or odd picture. I have to convert the document to PDF from where it print perfectly. Any ideas what is wrong ?

Go to File>Options>Display>Printing Options and check the boxes for "Print drawings created ni Word" and "Print background colors and images".

In Word, does the preview at File > Print look as expected? Does all the content show up there?
