Not able to install one drive. Getting error code 0x800703fd.

Please help me resolve this issue.

Hi Anuj,

To check if this issue is because of the out-dated OneDrive sync client, you may download the latest version of the OneDrive sync client to installed it on your Windows and see if the issue still exists.

If the issue also occurs to the latest version of the OneDrive sync client, it may be caused by your Windows. You may try the following steps to fix the issue:

1. Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files

  1. Create a new account for your Windows and sign in with this new account

To further assist you, I'd appreciate it if you could provide the following information with us:

  1. Does it happen when you install other software?
  2. Please capture a screenshot of the version information of your Windows: 

    Which version of Windows operating system am I running?

  1. Please also capture a screenshot of the complete error message.
