Unexpected network error saving Project file

Trying to save a Project file to my hard drive.  I get a message 'unexpected network error occurred'.  I was not aware that i needed to be on a network to save to my hard drive.  Moreover, i have no network issues with any other app, as is evidenced by me being online writing this question right now.  what am i doing wrong?

    Nalwi,

    What version of Project are you using? And is it a standalone version or network based (e.g. Project Server or Project Online)?

    If you are using a standalone version of Project (i.e. resident on your PC), I can't think of any reason why you would get a network error. However, if are using a network based version of Project, then indeed there could be a problem with the network connection to Project. It may just be a temporary glitch or it may be a problem with your network itself.
