How do you delete split frames from a access form that appear when you clicked on blank form?

If you are referring to a Split Form where you have a single form view and a datasheet view, then you just need to change the Form mode to Single Form.

If that's not the problem you need to explain better, preferably with a screen shot, what you are encountering.
