WEB apps were deprecated from Access with the 2016 version.   So they are no longer available.

To reply to the other part of your question about where to deploy the Back End, i.e. the accdb containing the tables for the data.

That should NOT be on OneDrive. Please don't put your working production accdb on OneDrive. It's not designed to support that.

Do you have a network in your organization (i.e. a LAN)? If so, deploy the Back End to a shared folder on that network and give each user their own separate, individual-use. copy of the Front End accdb. Each user needs to have and use only their copy of the FE. All FEs should be linked to the BE, of course.

If you need to make your Access Relational Database Application available to people in other networks, perhaps Access is the wrong tool. Tell us more about what your environment is. We'll try to offer more specific suggestions.

Thank you so much for your suggestion. I have a network in my organization. I will try to share folder from your suggestion. But I have some part of my database that need to share to multi user but they just query and see the data no need to edit anything and I thing they can see the data every time and everywhere.

I thing that should to put the database into the sever of my company but that need to do more process so I need to avoid that.

If you have other suggestion, please tell me in here or direct to my e-mail : ******@hotmail.com.

Thank you, Thank you so much.

Ok first, only the back end should be stored in a shared network folder. The front end should be stored on the local user's PC. You can then have multiple front ends some only allowing editing, some allowing only viewing.
