Office 365 Problem need resolving. Please help

I keep on getting this text "This is your Office 365 home page—where you can see and access all of your Office 365 apps. If it's empty, it could be that your user license was very recently assigned to you. Wait 10 minutes and refresh this page. If you still don't see any apps, contact your IT department. They can help you get up and running." I already contacted the IT department and they said they fixed, but they didn't its been about 2 weeks now since I called them about it.

    You would need to contact your IT department again and verify that they actually did the work.

    Are you loading office 365 online portal through a webpage? If so try clearing your cache and cookies and loading the page again. If that does not work then try using a different browser such as chrome or firefox.
