    For Xerox printer drivers, this Xerox site looks promising (but you should of course verify that you get the correct version of the driver):

    Thanks for your assistance; however I have already tried your suggestion and it did not correct the problem.  I think I may have installed the wrong printer drivers for the Xerox VersaLink C7020. I will try again tomorrow before attempt the suggestions on the Microsoft site.  Thanks again!
