Hyper-V Cluster Volume Setups in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

Running a four-node Windows Server 2012 R2 Hyper-V cluster on-prem and will be consolidating and moving to OCI into a two-node Bare Metal Windows Server 2016 footprint. The Hyper-V and Clustering setups are pretty straight forward from the Windows side, but the setups in the OCI block storage are not documented well for Hyper-V.

Oracle documentation and support regarding Hyper-V is limited at best and barely covers installations for a single node environment, much less a multi-node clustered environment.

Looking for any documentation from the Microsoft side (aside from "move to Azure or AWS" that would help with how to configure Hyper-V Cluster Shared Volumes in OCI.

I can see where to setup block storage with read/write access for multiple instance, but I'm looking for a solid best practice here.

    Oracle OCI is a problem!

I've been waiting for the shared disk since 2019, they released it, but it only works for Linux.

    :(
