Microsoft Forms Date input

Afternoon, Microsoft Forms on mobile seems to be glitching and the date input box is appearing distorted and you can't select any date. Is this a problem which will be resolved soon? I use it daily for reports and it's causing an issue and messing up my spreadsheet.

    Yeah... it's been reported by others too. I don't have an ETA on it yet though.

    If you are using MS Forms on iOS and Android and this issue appears on both system then the issue is on Microsoft end and surely they will fix it soon !

    Using iOS and Android we get the same issue. It has been glitching since Friday.
