Excel will only print to default printer

I have been having this issue in excel (none of the other office products do this) where excel will not print to anything other than the default printer. All of my printers appear on the list of printers, however the only way to switch printers is to manually switch the default printer in the "printers and scanners" menu.

I have tried using the online repair function, to no avail.

I am using Windows 10 version 1809 x64 2019-06C and Office 365 Business Excel version 1906 (Build 11727.20230)

Hi Mark,

Please Try Excel in the Safe Mode to determine whether background programs are interfering with Excel.

Please inactive all add-in by following steps and see if you can switch printers:

1.Click the File tab, click Options, and then click the Add-Ins category.

2.In the Manage box, click Excel Add-ins, and then click Go.

3.In the Add-Ins available box, clear the check box next to the add-in that you want to inactivate, and then click OK.

Regards,

Eric

    Hi Eric,

Starting is safe mode did not solve the issue, but I disabled a COM add-in for Bluebeam called BluebeamOfficeAddin and that allowed me to switch printers.

Thank you very much for your assistance.

    Regards,

    Mark
