    Hi Albanis,

First, I'd like to thanks for the reply, but I have already tried all the methods mentioned in that problem set and it doesn't help. It wasn't about fonts or any conditional formating. Quite confused about the problem lol.

    Regards

    Hi Yuyao,

Sorry to hear that, could you tell me more information about this issue?

    1. Your Excel version and macOS version.
    2. Will the issue persists if you create a new workbook?

I can do some tests on my side.

    Regards,

    YS

    Hi YS,

My OS version is 10.15 with the excel version 16.30. Unfortunately, the issue still persists when I open a new workbook and even if I uninstall it and download a new one from Apple Store.

    Thanks for your help mate!

    Regards

    Hi Yuyao,

I've tested in my 16.30 version of Excel on Catalina (10.15), unfortunately, I cannot encounter the same issue. I would like to give you some suggestions to see the results:

    1. Move the preferences folder or file below to desktop on mac.

Step1: Close all Office applications, open Finder.

    Step2: Press Command + Shift + G, input “~/Library/Containers”, move com.microsoft.Excel to desktop.

    Step3: Press Command + Shift + G, input “~/Library/Preferences”, move com.microsoft.office.pli st to desktop.

*You can drag the folder or file back to the correlated folder if this method doesn't work, this won't influence your personal settings of Office.

    1. Starting up Mac in safe mode to exclude other programs’ interference:

Step1: Start or restart your Mac, then immediately press and hold the Shift key. The Apple logo appears on your display.

Step2: Release the Shift key when you see the login window.

*To leave safe mode, restart your Mac without pressing any keys during startup.

Please tell me if you got any troubles during trying the suggestions.

    Regards,

    YS
