How can I automatically repeat text within a specific area in a Microsoft Word document?

The following is a screenshot of my current page. I want to find an efficient way to replicate the "Thank You!" text into all of the circles (without copying and pasting):

It is my suspicion that Quick Parts can be used for this. I have tried playing around with it myself but cannot seem to figure it out.

In addition to this, if I were to change the original "Thank You!" font format, size, type, content, etc. I would want all other circles to be automatically changed as well, so that they are the exact same if any changes are made to the first circle. Would this be possible as well?

If the document is actually a label sheet, if you select Labels from the Start Mail Merge dropdown on the Mailings tab of the ribbon, then click on Cancel when the Labels dialog appears,

the Update Labels button in the Write & Insert Fields section of the Mailings tab of the ribbon will have become enabled and if you click on that button, you will get

Then, if you run a macro containing the following code, it will delete all of the «Next Record» fields

    Dim afield As Field

    For Each afield In ActiveDocument.Fields

        afield.Delete

    Next

and you will be left with

If you then make a change to the first label on the sheet

and then use the Update Labels button and run the macro again, you will get

If you need help with getting this to work, send me a copy of the document, referencing this thread in the covering email message and I will help you with it.

Thank you. I was successful in completing the label repetition part, but I am just having trouble deleting the "<Next Record>" part that gets added to each label. Are you able to provide further steps to clarify how to remove this?

    You could try a Replace.

    1. Display field codes. (Alt+F9)
    2. Then Replace (Ctrul+H)
    3. Find text: "^d next" without the quotation marks
    4. Replace with: (nothing)
    5. Replace All
    6. Close
    7. Alt+F9 again to turn off display of field codes.

I did it by using a macro containing the following code

    Dim afield As Field

    For Each afield In ActiveDocument.Fields

        afield.Delete

    Next

To see what to do with that, see the following page of Graham Mayor's website
