According to your description, it seems that not only one user has this problem. Given this situation, recently, there is an issue was posted to the Service Health Dashboard (SHD) as incident SP195739 starting at
November 13, 2019, at 3:00 PM UTC.
The user experience of this incident is: Users may be intermittently unable to access SharePoint Online sites or OneDrive for Business content.
Current status: We're aware of an issue intermittently impacting users ability to access SharePoint Online sites and OneDrive for Business
content, in addition to other features. We've concluded that SQL infrastructure is experiencing an overwhelming load, however, we have not identified the source of impact. We're reviewing configurations for the affected infrastructure to formulate a mitigation
plan.
