Anyone can help me with this issue.

We are receiving the continuously error Transient error MapiExceptionNetworkError has occurred while migrate the public folders.

Microsoft 365 and Office | Subscription, account, billing | For home | Windows

    yes, it is cutover

    Exchange 2013

    No LB

    Firewall ,yes.

    Can I remove the cut over batch and re-create the new endpointe after adding these ips exclusion?

    Is this remove the cutover batch and create again.

    Hello LouiseMcgee,

    Based on my knowledge, this error message seems to be related to network. May I know if other mailboxes migrated successfully? If so, please kindly pause the migration batch and then make sure the Office 365 URLs and IP address ranges doesn’t be blocked by your firewall or proxy server, then press resume to check the outcome.

    In additional, I also need to confirm some information for further troubleshooting:

    1. Do you perform the Cutover migration to Office 365?
    2. May I know what version of your Exchange server?
    3. Does your organization has Load Balancer deployed?
    4. Please kindly provide the whole error message via Private Message so that we can investigate it further.
