What happens when you do that now, or don't you see Save As in the available list.

Where was Save As if it's not there now was it on a ribbon. I'm sorry if I sound a little vague but I don't have access to the program and I cannot find any suitable screenshots to show me the Save As option.

Do you have Office 2019 installed and not using an online version. If so try going to Apps and Features to repair the installation.

Right click Start and select Apps and Features at the top of the list. Scroll down the list of installed programs until you see Office 2019. Select it and if there is no modify button select Advanced and then you should see something like Repair, Uninstall, Add/Remove Features. Select Repair and follow the prompts.

If your previous discussions were via Chat Support of a call back then we have no access to those. We are not MS employees here but other users like yourself.

So with your Excel workbook open when you press F12 you get flight mode, just checking to be sure.

I don't have access to Office 2019, can you describe how you selected Save As previously. I'd be surprised if it is that different to previous versions of Office, I'm on Office 2007 so I select it using the globe menu in the top left hand corner, along with Open, Save, Print etc.

Do you have a File menu and what items are available there.

Don't know what your prior discussion was but you need to give more info.

What version of Excel Or Office are you referring to.? What happens if you press F12 when you have the workbook open you wish to Save As.
