I have a OneNote notebook in my OneDrive for Business account that I have shared to specific people in my organization and they are unable to access the notebook. They are attempting to use the OneNote Android app. What do I need to do to fix this?

Dear David,

What error messages they encountered when they access the notebooks? Could you upload some screenshots?

I’d like you to check whether they have updated the Android operating system version and the OneNote app’s version to the latest versions. If no, first let them update the versions, restart their phones and then do a test to see the result. Meanwhile, upload the screenshots showing the versions of them for our reference.

Note: Remove any private information before uploading the screenshots.

Does the issue happen in all users in your company with the Android phones? If they use the computers to access the shared notebooks, will the issue happen?

I suggest you remove the share link and then re-share the notebook with them to see the result. You can also use an anyone link to see if they can access the notebook directly and check whether the issue occurs in a specific notebook.

Best Regards,

Cliff
