Hide Options in Access

Need to hide the File menu option Privacy Options.  How in the world is this done?  With these options open, any half way smart user can open any file they may want to open.  I NEED this option gone!!!!

    You can deploy the file as an .accdr (read only), which should remove that from the menu.

    There's more to securing a frontend that simply removing the privacy options.
