Bot Framework Chatbot in SharePoint

We have deployed a chatbot using the Bot Python SDK in SharePoint. We are experiencing serious time outs with the chatbot. After using it for about 30 minutes it stops responding and messages fail to send. Furthermore, when we refresh the system by refreshing the SharePoint page, the chatbot does not resume work, it doesn’t even show the default greeting message.

Has anyone experienced this before and has an idea of what is causing this issue? We set the idle off in Azure, so the bot should be always active.
