    Hi Katy

I'm Tyler, an independent advisor trying to help.

OneDrive; It is similar to saving documents on your computer, that is, it is file storage, this option allows you to upload documents in which no one else you should access. When saved on the web, you can search quickly, online synchronization guarantees the latest version of the file.

If this is the first time you ask yourself: What is OneDrive? With pleasure I inform you that it is a platform that allows you to store files, documents, personal material, etc., in a single space, you can also share them with other people and have access to them on any device.

With OneDrive, you can create a document on your desktop computer and edit it in another work environment without saving it to USB or sending it to your email address. You can also collaborate with another partner at the same time in editing files in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote.

In that case, you need OneDrive to copy and move files between folders in OneDrive from folders on your device, by doing so, you are removing them from your PC to store them in OneDrive.

    Best regards,

    Tyler
