When trying to print a document in Word, I receive the following;
Enter up to 8 alphanumeric characters (0 to 9, a to z, and A to Z) for [Department ID].
I have always been able to print from Word before with no problem.
My printer is a Canon Imageclass MFb32cdw.
I would appreciate any assistance with this.

Yes, Thanks again.
Thanks, Peter, I actually stumbled on the solution on my own.
The following is what I did, and I can now print from Word with no problems.
Thanks for the reply.
I opened System Preferences on my MAC and chose Printers and Scanners.
I then chose Options and Supplies.
Then Options.
And Finally, I unchecked the Department ID Management, clicked OK, and closed Preferences and opened a Word file and printed it.
