sync delay: you maybe experiencing a temporary sync delay due to high service activity

My Onedrive for Business cannot sync :

As I click the issue, it shows that onedrive will try updating the file again soon.

However,  there must be something wrong as this onedrive for business doesn't try updating. It stops on this step.

The onedrive software is nothing wrong as it can sync my files in my another own onedrive account (also, for business, but this business account shows this issue). How do I fix this problem?

    Hi Andy,

    Thanks for your update.

If you want to temporary move the issued OneDrive to the other available OneDrive for Business, I think, you could simply move all the files in the issued OneDrive folder, copy & paste to the available OneDrive folder. This is the easiest way in migrating your OneDrive files.

Another method is, you could use Microsoft Flow to help you perform the procedure.

Copy files from one OneDrive for Business account or folder to another

    Hope this could help.

    Regards,

    Alex Chen

    Hi Alex,

Sorry that these days I was busy with my own business,  I will take your method and will tell you if it does work for me.

By the way, how could I export all my files in this onedrive account onto another onedrive account ? Thanks a lot!

    Best regards,

    Andy Zhang

    Hi Andy,

Thanks for your query in Microsoft Community.

Since you have mentioned another OneDrive for Business account added in your Sync client could work without issue. Then I assume, this issue is not related with the OneDrive sync client itself but it should be caused by this specific work account. But, so far, we haven't receive any notification from our server side.

Thus I would like to confirm the following information with you:

1.Please confirm with your colleagues if they are encountering the same issue on their OneDrive sync clients.

2.Go to Office Portal and sign in with that work account, go to OneDrive for Business, check if you could download or upload files.

    Regards,

    Alex Chen
