Sections greyed out

Hi, I have Office 360 for my MacBook Pro but a number of the options are greyed out, for example all the format options except Font Substitutions.

This is only a problem with files already created, i seem to have full options when creating a new file.

I am also trying to print a document but keep getting the following message

"The papersize of section 1 is different to the printer page size.  The paper size options that you select on the page layout tab and the printers dialogue box (in the control panel) must match.  Do you want to continue with printing?"

I do not have this issue on my desktop mac.

How can I fix this?

Michelle
