Unable to open encrypted file in sharepoint using the desktop app

Error: You are not signed in to Office with an account that has permission to open this message. You may sign in a new account into Office that has permission or request permission from the content owner.

I am the author/owner of this file. I tried signing in again but it didn't work.

Subscription: Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus

Version: 1902

Please help me.

    Hi Reymark Herrera,

    After reading your issue description, I have performed related test on my side, but unfortunately, I can’t reproduce your issue, to open files in desktop application, please make sure you have configured Opening Documents in Client Applications by Default sitecollection feature in Site settings.****Open Settings> clickSite settings> Site collection features> Locate the Open Documents in Client Applications by Defaultfeature in the list, and then click Activate. Please refer to this article: A SharePoint Online list item attachment doesn't open in the Office client application as expected.

    If the issue still persists, please provide the following information:

    1. Does all the users facing the  issue or a specific one?
    2. Do you still get same behavior when open other sites?
    3. Which file are you trying to open?
    4. Could you download the file from SharePoint document library to the desktop and open it? Would you get the same message?
    5. Could you provide the screenshots when you try opening the problematic file?
