Can i use visio to generate nested diagrams.

Question

From looking I can us visio to generate a diagram that has a process flow, but there is no feature for nested diagrams. I have the same question here

I've tried to do this using the flowchart tool and putting multiple unconnected shapes in the same section but  they end up too far apart. I also want to be able to rearrange the boxes after generation. 

Am i missing something? Is there a way to do it?
