Hi. IlyneAlvarenga
I'm Robert, an Independent Advisor trying to help.
In that case, I would first like to provide a little more information about the printer model you have installed, what operating system your computer has and if it is a desktop or laptop computer, this in order to provide better assistance to your inconvenient.
However, you can try the following:
Check that the printer is installed and in the “Ready” state: To do this, follow these steps: Start Button> Control Panel> Printers. Hover the mouse pointer over the corresponding printer icon and verify that the status is "Ready" or "Ready." If none of these states appear, check the printer's cable connection to the computer.
If the status is “Ready” or “Ready”, check the print queue and the status of the jobs that are queued. Check if there are any print jobs that are jamming the others and try to delete it (with the right mouse button on the job). Also, check that the printer is not paused.
Disconnect the printer from the power button and turn it on again. Print the document again.
If none of the previous steps have solved the problem, reinstall the printer by previously uninstalling it.
Regards,
Robert.
