Forms - Error

Hi. I started using Forms and made a trial form but when I used the link to email it to myself to test it out, it would not open it. I now cannot open in via the Forms icon.

The pop-up message reads "This site can't provide a secure connection. forms.office.com uses an unsupported protocol. ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH"

Does anyone know what this means and what I can do to rectify it, please?

I don't understand how I could use it one minute and then it won't connect. I can see the form I created in my recent documents but cannot open it.

Many thanks.

The "ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH" is not an error specific to Microsoft forms, it can happen with multiple sites.

I recommend that you check this link for possible causes and solutions: https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/err_ssl_versio...
