Excel stop continuous scrolling

I defined scroll area. I like the way the arrow scroll stops at the left side of page, when the sheet is unprotected.

When I protect the sheet, the scroll will continue to the next row when it reaches the left side of page, which I don’t like.

How can I stop the left or right arrow scroll, from continuing to the next row, when reaching the left or right limit?
