    Hi Matt Aaron,

    Thanks for your response.

According to the RCA results, there is something wrong with your DNS records on this domain. If you’re the admin of your tenant, you can refer to the article below to correct the MX records.

    For your reference:  https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/admin/get-help-with-domains/create-dns-records-at-any-dns-hosting-provider?view=o365-worldwide

    Best Regards,

    Huni

    Hi Matt Aaron,

Thanks for posting in our forum.

For your problem, please use the RCA tool to check if there are any problems with your DNS configuration.

Go to https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/ > Office 365 > Office 365 Exchange Domain Name Server (DNS) Connectivity Test > next > perform test

Besides, please make sure that you have the send as permission on the shared mailbox.

If the issue persists, to better help you, I’d like to collect some detailed information as below for further investigation:

    1.       Please provide us the screenshots of the test results/permission as mentioned above.

    2.       Please provide us the entire NDR.

    3.       How many users of your organization encountered this issue?

To protect your privacy, you can send us the information via private message.

    Best Regards,

    Huni
