    Hi Doaa

Sorry to hear, Could you try to change the file location? copy the problematic PowerPoint file to another location and try edit again?

You have already tried different file names (Save As)

    If both options not working

Could you try fix your office application?

Thank you Jegan. I had the same problem even when I used PowerPoint in safe mode. Once I edit data in Microsoft Excel , I can't save the PPT presentation. Sometime I can save it if I change the PPT file name.

Any chance either the Excel file or the Powerpoint presentation are on DropBox? I've encountered this when DropBox has not finished updating a fairly large file.

    Hi Doaa

My name is Jegan, would like to assist your PowerPoint issue
If the issue only happens to PowerPoint application,
Try to start PowerPoint in safe mode: Press Win+R to open Run in Windows, type powerpnt /safe, press Enter. Confirm you can save the file.

    Thank you

    Regards
    Jegan
