Install Fuzzy Lookup Add In For Excel

Hello I made the installation as described on page: https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/confirmation.aspx?id=15011

Including the step:

• Excel Options => Trust Center => Trust Center Settings... => Add-ins => Require Application Add-ins to be signed by Trusted Publisher

When starting excel the error occurred:
