Can i use single cloud endpoint (Azure File Share ) for multiple server end points with different sync group in parallelly.

Yes, that should be possible. However, keep in mind that if you are dealing with a large amount of files you should consider creating multiple storage accounts and file shares. There is more details on this found in this section of our planning guide.
