Triggering a FLow based on an Excel cell value

Hi

I usually work as a trainer, but I'm currently doing some voluntary work developing some software for a local food bank.

I am trying to create an Excel spreadsheet which shows actual/projected supply & demand for food parcels per month, and for notification(s)to be generated when shortages are projected

I've created a simple prototype spreadsheet,

If the red circled cell is > 0, I want to send an email.

I've created a Flow for this - see below-  but can't figure out how to get it to run - could anyone help?

(Apologies if this is a dumb question, I'm pretty new to Flow, the only thing I've successfully done with it is to get Flow to send a notification when a file is added to a SharePoint library, this works automatically)

Thanks!!
