here the steps to follow in detail luck

We click on “Form without title” to add a title to the form. The title may have up to one

    maximum of 90 characters

Optionally we can add a description for it, it may contain up to a maximum of

1000 characters and also include an image in the form title by clicking on the Insert option

    image

Next, we click on the Add question option to add a new question to the form.

We can add option, text, classification or date questions.

To add option questions we write the text of the question and each of the options.

If we need to add more options, we click on Add option.

We click Add the "Other" option to add an option that displays the text Other.

To remove an option, we click on the trash button next to it.

We can also ask a mandatory question or allow several answer options by changing the

configuration at the bottom of this.

By clicking on the three ellipses, we have the possibility to add a subtitle to the question

and set the options to mix randomly when users are shown.

If we need to add more questions to the form, we click on the Add question option.

To change the order of the questions, we click on the up or down arrows of the part

    Top of each question.

By clicking on the option of three ellipses we can establish restrictions on the questions of

text. For example, if we need the answer to be numbers, we choose to restrict the numbers

selecting options like Greater Than, Less Than, Between and many more.

We can visualize the appearance of the created form, for this we click on the Vista option

previous found at the top of the design window

    Hi SRAVANMATHANGI,

Based on your description, as a designer, when you click drop-down, you can get the below screenshot of the “choice” options. They don’t show in “drop down” mode because it’s more convenience to edit all the options in this format. This is just designed to have a better editing experience. But the “drop down” settings has been set successfully.

When you click the blank space, you will get the following:

After sharing the link to your responders, the responders can see the result.

Please let us know the updates at your convenience.

    Best regards,

    Gloria Li
