Okay now I see your point. Try to monitor the system with event viewer and resourcing monitor, what happends during first 10min. There are many apps which generate their content behind user profile when new userprofile gets created and sign in first time.
5GHz Wi-Fi Speed Not Reaching Full Capacity
Hi,
I'm having internet speed issue on my main user account and I don't know why...
First, I thought it was a hardware issue so I tried a speedtest on a new fresh created user account, and it ended up working well but not for long... The new user account ended up get stuck at 150mbps too after multiple tests. So, I create another user account and then got 500mbps....
I think something happens at some point...
Main user account : 11831804672 (150mbps maximum)
New user account : 11831498148 (600mbps maximum)
Still no changes after :
- disabling all thrid-party programs with msconfig
- sfc/dism didn't found any corruptions
- reset my wireless card with up-to-date firmware
- Repair Windows with the 'keep files and settings' feature
Intel® Core™ i7-8550U CPU @ 1.80GHz
Intel® Wireless-AC 9260 160MHz
Windows 19043.1110
Thanks in advance!

2021-08-05T18:24:27.263+00:00 Okay so you Wifi AP has already latest firmware, right? You should also check latest drivers for Wifi adapter at your laptop. I have older hardware and sometime I see that 2,4GHz is more reliable than 5GHz.

2021-08-05T18:33:33.003+00:00 Up-to-date firmware for everything yes.
I can reach full capacity just after creating a new user account for like 5-10mins then something gets install or configure in the background that ended up retain my internet speed.
Surely a bad windows configuration but I can't find what it can be...
