All application packages windows 2012/2016 differences

Hello,

I have windows server 2012 and 2016 in my environment. Based on security scan I see all application packages account set up on the folder:
%WinDir%\WinSxS\Backup

but it is set up only on 2012 not in 2016 windows server

I know for what exactly all application packages account is used:

butI wonder there is no all application packages permissions in 2016 server under folder %WinDir%\WinSxS\Backup?

So my main question is: are there any differneces between 2012/2016 windows servers in all application packages permissions?

(especially %WinDir%\WinSxS\Backup, do we have list?)
