please help me. There is no single word

Hi firmansyahmeydiawan,

Thanks for your query in this community.

This issue should be related with your Graphic drive, please follow my steps below to troubleshoot on this issue:

1.Open the Excel workbook. Press Alt + F , then press T.

2.There should be Window prompt out, click on Advanced > Enable Disable hardware graphics acceleration.

 

3.Click OK, close your Excel and open it again, check if issue persist.

You make the same setting change in other Office applications, it will apply to All. So if Word or PPT still work OK make the change there.

    How can i know where is it when i cant see anything in the toolbar or menu
